STG Anxiety & Panic Care begins with an initial six-session focused treatment phase. Sessions are billed individually.
Step one
$40
Complete a structured screening for anxiety-related symptoms and receive:
A non-refundable $40 screening fee applies after submission unless the screening is covered through an approved funding arrangement such as NIHB.
This is a screening and clinical review service, not a formal diagnostic assessment.
The screening summary and recommendations are yours to keep, whether or not you continue to treatment with STG.
Step two · Treatment appointment
Billed individually. You are not required to prepay the six-session phase.
Fee per session
This allows treatment to remain clinically flexible. For example:
Clinical recommendations should not be determined by whether a client has prepaid a package.
Many extended-health plans provide coverage for counselling or psychotherapy depending on clinician designation, insurer, plan and annual limits.
Clients should confirm their individual plan requirements.
Where applicable, eligible First Nations and Inuit clients may be able to access counselling through the Non-Insured Health Benefits program, subject to current eligibility, approval and provider requirements.
STG will follow the existing NIHB administrative process.
Other funding or third-party arrangements may be available depending on current STG agreements and client eligibility.
