            "question": "What is the anxiety screening & clinical review?",
            "answer": "It is the first step for every client. You complete a structured online screening for anxiety-related symptoms. A clinician reviews your results and you receive a brief written screening summary and a short follow-up call to discuss recommendations.This is a screening and clinical review service, not a formal diagnostic assessment."
        },
        {
            "question": "What does the screening cost, and is it refundable?",
            "answer": "A non-refundable $40 screening fee applies after submission unless the screening is covered through an approved funding arrangement such as NIHB.The fee covers the clinician review, the written summary and the follow-up call. It applies whether or not you continue to treatment with STG, and is non-refundable."

        {
            "question": "Do I need an anxiety diagnosis?",

        {
            "question": "What does “overthinking” mean clinically?",
            "answer": "Overthinking is not itself a diagnosis. It can describe several processes, including worry, rumination, reassurance seeking, obsessive thinking, perfectionistic review and indecision.Treatment depends on what the thinking is doing and what keeps it going."

        {
            "question": "What happens during the first appointment?",
            "answer": "The first session focuses on what you want help with, how the problem affects your life, a recent example, the anxiety cycle, possible overlapping concerns and your initial treatment direction.By the end of the session, you and your clinician should have a working explanation of what treatment will target."

            "question": "Is the program six sessions long?",

            "question": "Is exposure required?",

        {
            "question": "Will you make me do something I do not want to do?",
            "answer": "Treatment is collaborative.Your clinician may encourage you to test anxiety-driven assumptions and approach difficult situations, but exercises should have a clear clinical rationale and be agreed together."

        {
            "question": "What if I do not complete the between-session practice?",
            "answer": "Tell your clinician. The important question is why it did not happen. The task may have been unclear, too large, avoided because of anxiety, forgotten, affected by ADHD/executive-function difficulties, or interrupted by circumstances.That information helps improve treatment."
