About STG Anxiety & Panic Care

Dedicated clinicians with clearly defined roles.

STG Anxiety & Panic Care is a clinical service of STG Health Services Inc. Our team combines psychotherapy, clinical supervision and nursing expertise so anxiety care can move from explanation to a workable plan.

How we work

Specialized does not have to mean fragmented.

A clear clinical question guides who becomes involved, what information is collected and which treatment approach is appropriate. The goal is coordinated care—not sending clients from provider to provider without an integrated plan.

Clinical roles and limits are explained

  Recommendations connect to daily functioning

Information sharing occurs only with consent

STG Anxiety & Panic Care is not an emergency service. Immediate safety concerns require local emergency or crisis support: call 911, HealthLine 811, or call/text 988.

Different expertise, one coordinated team

Different disciplines, one care pathway

The team is organized around the clinical task rather than around professional titles alone.

Dr. Chris de Feijter, EdD, MACP

Mattea Koebernick, BA., MACP

Dr. Manuel James, DNP

Doctoral Nurse Practitioner

Optional medical assessment and medication consultation when clinically indicated and available.

Additional care

The broader team around the plan

Not every client needs every discipline. Involvement is based on goals, complexity and scope.

STG administrative team

Coordinates screening, funding questions, scheduling and secure communication without making clinical decisions outside role.

STG specialty pathways

When OCD, ADHD, insomnia, burnout or emotion regulation is the central problem, an internal transfer to SaskOCD, SaskADHD, SaskSleep, SaskBurnout or DBT Saskatchewan can be recommended.

Your existing providers

With consent, the team can coordinate with family physicians, nurse practitioners, psychologists or other treating professionals.

What clients can expect

Structured, supportive and realistic

Good anxiety treatment should create clarity and usable next steps rather than another set of standards you cannot sustain.

Clear

Understand the working formulation

You should know what appears to be maintaining the pattern, what remains uncertain and why a particular intervention is recommended.

Respectful

Context before judgment

The team considers role demands, culture, access, family systems, health and years of coping—not only scores or visible functioning.

Accountable

Review whether care is helping

Goals, barriers and outcomes are revisited at Session 6 so the plan can be adjusted rather than defended when it is not working.

About the service

Questions about the service

Is STG Anxiety & Panic Care a separate company?

No. It is a program of STG Health Services Inc., a Saskatchewan clinical service provider, alongside SaskADHD, SaskOCD, SaskSleep, SaskBurnout and DBT Saskatchewan.

Is all care delivered online?

Most services are delivered by secure video across Saskatchewan. Any exception is discussed directly and depends on the service and provider.

Do I see the whole team?

No. The clinician-review process identifies the smallest appropriate team for your question. Coordination is added only when it has a clear clinical purpose.

Can I use the service outside Saskatchewan?

Care is intended for clients located in Saskatchewan at the time of service, subject to provider licensure and clinical suitability.

Specialized care should still feel straightforward.

Start with the screening or contact the clinic with a practical question about pathways, coverage or delivery.
